Requirements:

  • 10+ years of acquisition marketing experience in online gambling or closely related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success in both regulated and unregulated/grey market acquisition channels.

We are looking for a strategic and technically hands-on Head of Business Intelligence (BI) to lead the design, development, and optimization of our data reporting systems and analytics framework, with a core focus on online gambling operations.

You will be responsible for building a unified BI structure that empowers decision-making across acquisition, CRM, product, payments, and risk teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with iGaming data pipelines, understands both player-level and operational metrics, and can shape data into actionable insights for real-time and long-term performance improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of real-time dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and self-serve analytics tools.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliates Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network across both European and Asian markets. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates, negotiating deals, optimizing performance, and ensuring all activities are aligned with our regulatory-compliant marketing strategy.

You must be well-versed in affiliate operations within the online gambling industry, familiar with key affiliate platforms, and able to work across multi-jurisdictional environments including both regulated and grey markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand our affiliate portfolio across Asia and Europe, identifying and onboarding high-value partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, hybrid/CPS/CPA/rev-share deals, and incentive structures aligned with profitability targets.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience: 3–7 years working in the iGaming industry, specifically in game math modeling. 
  • Tech Stack: Strong programming background in C and Python. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Game Producer, you'll define and manage game projects through the studio. You will write the game specifications and oversee games as they move through the development pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring the games deliver on quality, play experience, audio, math, and overall orchestration. You will lead highly skilled, cross-functional teams to ensure that our games offer the best possible player experience. Throughout development, you act as the voice of the player, making sure games are clear, easy to understand, and above all, fun and exciting to play.

This is a multi-faceted role. You will guide the game team in fulfilling the vision set by the Creative Director, serve as the go-to expert for your titles across the organization, share insights, stay up to date with regulatory requirements, monitor competitor activity, and support commercial and marketing teams as needed.

As the Senior Game Producer, company will rely on your experience in product or customer-focused roles to improve development workflows, bring innovative product ideas to life, and apply player research insights to enhance game performance and user satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience in professional game design and development, preferably in online gaming environments.
  • Strong background in building and leading teams and managing projects from concept to launch.
  • Proven product management skills with a track record of delivering completed projects on time.
  • Experience bringing original entertainment software products from concept through to completion.
  • In-depth understanding of art, animation, music/sound design, math, engineering, and QA, as well as the tools and workflows used across these disciplines in the online game development industry.


Preferred Experience

  • Interest in and understanding of casino games, casino slot machine gameplay, and sportsbook.
  • Awareness of current trends in video games and online gaming across mobile, social/casual, console, and PC platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements in the SEA, EU, online casino market.
  • Familiarity with gameplay features found in both online and land-based slots.
  • Experience in video game development, particularly with mathematical and puzzle-based games.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to facilitate communication in a bilingual work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Payroll

  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, SDL, etc.)
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents, and HR policies
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with PDPA and company standards
  • Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, insurance, and work pass administration


Office Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management and service providers
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, team events, and internal communications
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment
  • People & Culture Support
  • Be the go-to person for employee queries on HR policies, office logistics, and general support
  • Help organize team-building initiatives and internal engagement efforts
  • Contribute to improving internal HR and office management processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR and admin role 
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
